About the event
Join us for hands-on AERCO Benchmark Training, led by Region Manager, Kevin Smith; Lead Technical Trainer, Rich Russo; National Accounts Service Expert, Kevin Sieve; and Technical Services Manager, Mike Fairbanks. This comprehensive session will cover the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Benchmark condensing boilers and Edge controllers, combining classroom learning with practical, hands-on experience.

This course has been designed to familiarize service personnel with the theory, operation and terminology surrounding AERCO Benchmark condensing gas-fired boilers (750-6000 MBH). The course covers component overview and troubleshooting, maintenance, control systems, and combustion calibration. The class also provides an overview of the AERCO Edge controllers. It will expose the techncian to all the features and functions and familiarize them with basic screen navigation. The class is a mix of classroom and hands on training.
